THE SRI KRISHNA SWAMY TEMPLE BHARANANGANAM

Bharananganam Sree Krishna Swami Temple is located on the banks of the Meenachil River, 5 km east of Pala in Kottayam District and 3 kms from Blue Warm Foundations Pvt Ltd. This east-facing Sree Krishna Swami Temple is 1.3 km from the Bharanaganam junction on the Ettumanoor - Poonjar highway. Bharananganam is also known as Dakshina Guruvayoor (South Guruvayoor) . The place name is closely associated with this temple.The history says that Pandavas during their vanavasa(excile) built this temple.The annual ultasavam of this temple usually conducted in the Malayalam month of Makaram(January) and lasts for 8 days.

THE ST. ALPHONSA SHRINE CHURCH & PILGRIM CENTRE

The St.Alphonsa Shrine church & Pilgrim centre is one of the famous pilgrim centres in Kerala and is located 3.3 kms from Blue Warm Pvt.Ltd. St.Alphonsa was the first woman of Indian origin to be canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church. Her feast day is observed on July 28th.It is belived that the remains of St.Alphonsa are buried in this church, which is now a famous place of pilgrimage. Thousands of people gather at this sacred shrine during the annual festival in the month of July.

THE ARUVITHURA VALLYACHAN MALA

Aruvithura Vallyachan Mala is a hilltop Christian pilgrimage center in Aruvithura, Kottayam District of Kerala. It is just 3.5 kms from Blue warm resort.People, regardless of their caste, climb the hill in remembrance of the Stations of the Cross. Aruvithura Church authorities administer the Stations of the Cross and other prayers.A small church on the hill and the huge concrete cross are the main attractions. It is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit Marmala Falls is during the onset of the monsoon. Then you can see the Marmala Falls in all its glory and splendor.
